Welcome to the Fayette County Youth Soccer League online registration site.
Please read through the instructions below. Please also read the instructions that appear on each page as you proceed through the registration process.
Your first step from here is to CLICK ON THE REGISTRATION TAB AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. Select either Player Registration or Coach/Admin Registration. If your child has played with any league in Georgia affiliated with Georgia State Soccer Association, you have an account. Please enter your User Name and Password, and click Login. If you do not remember your User Name and Password, please contact Sue at the email address below. Do not create another profile.
If you do not have an account, click on Create New Account. As a parent or guardian, you will create your parent profile first, then click on Save and Continue at the bottom of the page to add other parents, or to add your children. Please keep a record of your user name and password so that you will be able to update your profile as any personal information changes. The information that you enter in your profile and your child's profile is the information that will appear on the team roster.
After completing the profiles, you will be asked to select the playing level, Recreation, then click on Create Application. After you have created the application, you will be given a Registration Summary. If all the information is correct, you will continue, and you will be asked to accept the Liability Waiver.
You will then proceed to the Registration Payment screen. Along with the registration fee and out of county fee, the league has instituted a multiple player discount. If you have two or more children residing at the same address playing with FCYSL REC or FFC this season, you can select the Multiple Player Discount of $5 for each child. IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHILD PLAYING, PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THE MULTIPLE PLAYER DISCOUNT OF $5. You will then enter your credit card information and submit the info. You will be charged a $3 convenience fee when making your credit card payment. You will be given a Payment Summary. If you do not complete the payment portion of your registration, the system will cancel the application, and your child will not be registered for the upcoming season. If everything is correct, click on Submit Application.
At the end of the process you can print a medical release form when you are prompted to print forms, which will be given to your coach. However, if you are asked to print a registration form and mail it to the registrar, disregard that request. I do not need a registration form from you. After your registration is complete, if you have any special requests, please email those requests to Rae Wright, the rec coordinator, at email@example.com. Schedules and practice times are not available until after registration has been closed, and the teams have been formed. Once the teams have been formed, your coach will email you with all pertinent information.
U4/U5/U6 players will be given tshirts by their coaches prior to the first game of the season.
All other players will order uniforms from T&G Allsports, 100 Highway 314, Fayetteville, GA 30214, (770) 460-7700. The uniform package consists of two jerseys, two pairs of shorts, and two pairs of socks.
